Daniel Rodríguez was born on September 19, 1984, in Bayamo, Granma, Cuba. After discovering his love for percussion at an early age, he began performing professionally as a teenager and went on to build a career that has taken him across the world. Now based in Miami, Florida, Daniel has shared the stage and studio with an impressive list of global artists including Carlos Santana, Arturo Sandoval, The Isley Brothers, Jose Feliciano, Carrie Underwood, Ricky Martin, Eric Benét, Sheila E., Karl Perazzo, Willy Chirino, Becky G, Colin Hay, Shadmehr Aghili, The Brothers Johnson, Terrace Martin, Rafael Saadiq  and Alfredo Rodríguez, among many others. Known for his explosive energy, deep musicality, and mastery of Afro-Cuban rhythms, Daniel brings a powerful and versatile sound to every performance. He is an official Sabian, Vic Firth, and LP Percussion artist.
